A family of diseases, in the classification of Fuchs, including morbid conditions of the cutaneous secretions-as of the perspiration, sebaceous and colouring matters, &c., and hence many chronic cutaneous affections. His subdivisions are, ephidroses, smegmorrhoea, acarpae, polycarpae, and monocarpae.

- An inorganic water-soluble platinum complex. After undergoing hydrolysis, it reacts DNA produce both intra interstrand crosslinks. These crosslinks appear to impair replication and transcription of DNA. The cytotoxicity cisplatin correlates with cellular arrest in G2 phase cell cycle.
