Belonging to the mouth and pharynx. The Bucco-pharynge'al Aponeuro'sis or Intermax'illary Lig'ament, extends from the internal ala of the pterygoid process to the posterior part of the lower alveolar arch, and affords attachment, anteriorly, to the buccinator, and, posteriorly, to the constrictor pharyngis superior.
